Tyneesha Watson is a dynamic Senior HR Professional with over 12 years progressive leadership experience. In her current role as Senior Manager Talent Development at a regional financial institution, she executes talent development strategies, manages multiple talent development programs as well as regional & global development assignments and initiatives ultimately aimed at developing and maintaining a strong talent base in the organization. Tyneesha is a multiple award winner who was most recently lauded for her innovation and creativity in designing and successfully implementing an action-learning internship programme. She holds a First Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Management with Spanish, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and is accredited as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is passionate about inspiring others to harness their full potential and enjoys volunteering as a youth leader and mentor.
