Founder and CEO for CSHRP Takes Temporary Leave of Absence

Kingston, Jamaica – February 28, 2021 – Caribbean Society for Human Resource Professionals, Ltd. announced that Founder and CEO Rochelle James will be taking a temporary leave of absence starting today. She is expected to be on leave for approximately three months. During this time, Mrs. James will remain involved in supporting the operations of the society, while direct leadership of CSHRP will be the joint responsibility of Mrs. Jodi Bernard Kerr and Dr. Janelle Allen. Both ladies will serve as the acting CEO during Rochelle’s absence.
“It is in my best interest and that of CSHRP that I take this time to focus on my family while Jodi, Janelle and the rest of our excellent leadership team continues to execute our strategy” ~ James.

Mrs. Kerr joined CSHRP in 2020 as Director of Operations and Dr. Allen in 2019 as a member, later elected as Secretary of the Congressional Executive.
