Danica Williams is a HR practitioner for over 7 years in the area of Organizational Development and Effectiveness. She is an avid learner and has a passion for developing others. She has led the successful implementation and design of Cross Posting, Mentorship, Internship, Digital learning and training programs. Danica obtained her bachelors from the Caribbean Nazarene College where she studied Psychology and Counselling and later went on to pursue her master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. She is also a Change Practitioner with a certification in Change management from PROSCI Canada and is currently an active member of the Public Relations team under HRMATT. She is an avid learner and considers herself to be an advocate for people development.
